We are seeking a Senior BI Architect / Power BI Consultant who combines technical excellence with business consulting skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing trusted datasets from multiple sources
- Building scalable data models in Power BI
- Designing dashboards that clearly communicate business insights
- Advising clients on KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecards, and performance metrics
- Collaborating with executives (CFOs, Finance Directors, Commercial Leads)
- Mentoring future team members as the practice grows
- This is not a “dashboard designer” role - you will shape the way clients measure performance and ensure data credibility.

- 4+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- 3+ years hands-on Power BI development
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M) expertise
- Solid experience in SQL and data modeling (Star Schema)
- Experience with financial and commercial data
- Proven experience in KPI frameworks / performance dashboards / Balanced Scorecards
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
- Experience preparing datasets from multiple, fragmented sources

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud analytics platforms
- Background in Data Warehouse architecture
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting automation
- Consulting for small, medium, and large businesses

- Experience in B2B IT services sales, system integration, or ERP/BI implementation
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, Infor, Sage Intacct) and BI tools (Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP Analytics Cloud, IBM Cognos, Watsonx.ai)
- Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and business analytics processes
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking, initiative, and ability to work with clients at multiple levels (from end-users to C-level executives)

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong SQL skills (advanced level)
- Solid experience with Azure data stack (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Lake)
- Experience building Data Warehouse solutions (star schema, dimensional modeling)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI data modeling
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines
- Strong understanding of performance optimization

- IExperience with Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud analytics platforms
- Background in Data Warehouse architecture
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting automation
- Consulting experience with small, medium, and large businesses
- Experience working with US clients
