We are seeking a Senior BI Architect / Power BI Consultant who combines technical excellence with business consulting skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing trusted datasets from multiple sources
- Building scalable data models in Power BI
- Designing dashboards that clearly communicate business insights
- Advising clients on KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecards, and performance metrics
- Collaborating with executives (CFOs, Finance Directors, Commercial Leads)
- Mentoring future team members as the practice grows
- This is not a “dashboard designer” role - you will shape the way clients measure performance and ensure data credibility.

- 7+ years in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
- 5+ years hands-on Power BI development
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M) expertise
- Solid experience in SQL and data modeling (Star Schema)
- Experience with financial and commercial data
- Proven experience in KPI frameworks / performance dashboards / Balanced Scorecards
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives
- Experience preparing datasets from multiple, fragmented sources

- Experience in B2B IT services sales, system integration, or ERP/BI implementation
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Odoo, Infor, Sage Intacct) and BI tools (Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SAP Analytics Cloud, IBM Cognos, Watsonx.ai)

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong SQL skills (advanced level)
- Solid experience with Azure data stack (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, Data Lake)
- Experience building Data Warehouse solutions (star schema, dimensional modeling)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI data modeling
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines

We are looking for an FP&A Solutions Consultant with strong financial expertise, business process understanding, and systems implementation experience.
This is not a traditional accounting or reporting role.
You will work directly with executives and operational leaders to redesign financial planning and reporting processes, develop scalable FP&A methodologies, and implement modern business systems and automation solutions.

The ideal candidate understands how finance, operations, reporting, automation, and business systems must work together to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth.

FP&A Transformation & Methodology

- Design and improve budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Develop scalable FP&A methodologies and financial planning frameworks
- Redesign fragmented financial and operational reporting structures
- Build KPI frameworks and executive reporting models
- Support profitability analysis, operational analytics, and performance measurement initiatives

- Participate in implementation of FP&A, ERP, reporting, and automation platforms
- Translate financial and operational workflows into scalable system processes
- Support automation of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analytics
- Configure and structure planning and reporting logic within business systems
- Support implementation, testing, validation, and adoption of new business systems
- Structure financial and operational data models for planning and reporting purposes
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational stakeholders during transformation initiatives

- Work directly with business owners, CFOs, and executive teams
- Conduct discovery sessions and business process analysis workshops
- Identify inefficiencies in planning, reporting, and operational processes
- Advise clients on financial transformation, reporting automation, and performance management best practices
- Participate in solution design, client presentations, and strategic discussions

- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial transformation, financial systems, or automation consulting
- Strong understanding of:

- Experience working with finance and accounting stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills (must-have)
